We evaluated neutral urinary 17-Ketosteroids of 31 pilots in 24 hours urine at flying period and resting period(non flying period) respectively for the study of the influence of the flying stress to the adrenocortical function in human being and got following results. During resting period urinary excretion of Chang, Pyung Kun M. C. Lee, Dong Sung M. C. Kwak, Yun Sick M. C.17-Ketosteroid was 13.3¡¾0.4 mg/day and during flying time it was 15.7¡¾0.4 mg/day.
As stated the urinary, excretion in flying time was increased 18.0414 than, that in resting time.
This suggests that it has significant meaning statisticaly(P <0. 05).
